Izelle’ s contribution has enabled Kayser Baird to successfully scale the business as it prepares for future growth and expansion. Kirsty joined the business in 2009 and successfully developed herself to the point where she was able to take on the challenge of becoming Claims Manager in Kirsty works hard to maintain Kayser Baird uncompromising standards of service in the challenging claims handling environment. Mary-Anne joined the business in 1999 and was appointed Administration Manager in Michelle joined the business in 2007 and was appointed as the Personal lines Underwriting Manager in Claire joined the business in 2006 and was appointed Commercial Underwriting Manager in 2013.
